I’ve designed this class to help each painter find and effectively express a personally satisfying direction or style to his or her painting. This class is not about my painting style or subject matter. I’ve designed it help each participant (whether the student is new to painting or an experienced artist and whether he or she works realistically, abstractly or non-objectively) to better understand how the artist can apply contemporary concepts in color and design to make his own work more personally expressive."
